Nigeria's foremost sugar craft genius @cakesbytosan is 50 years today and the entire cake industry is buzzing about it. His name is Tosan Jemide the CEO Cakes by Tosan, Celebration by Tosan and Top Crust Bakery. He studied sociology at the University of Ibadan.  He single handedly placed the Nigerian cake industry on the global map by creating the 1st ever tallest cake in Africa, a giant 28 feet cake.
