Yay!!! So, we are less than 3 months to the Naija Bakers Cake Exhibition & Hall of Fame Awards and our panelist are already popping and the buzz about this exhibition is over the roof.
Our panelist for the Symposium includes

Mrs. Ezinne Okonkwo is the C.E.O of @dewdropscakes. A detailed Baker Extraordinaire who holds a diploma in Hotel & Catering Management as well as a BSc amongst other professional certificates.
She is also a world renowed Sugar Craft instructor who travels all around the world teaching modern techniques and also the convener of the Dewdrops Uncut Learning which is inarguably one of the most sought after learning /showcase seminar annually in the baking industry where bakers are also empowered with prizes of up to 1 million naira.

She is famous for teaching modern decorating techniques with impacting insight and precision.
At the Dewdrops Cakes School she runs over 7 classes every year
Mrs. Kehinde Gbelee fondly called Mama Cake of Africa is the C.E.O of @kogsysugarcraft. She is a graduate of Economics from the Ahmadu Bello University and also a masters holder from Middlesex University UK.
With a presence of over 20 years in the Nigerian Baking Industry.
Aside being a sugar craft instructor she also have her branded range of baking items in the market.
She is the convener of the 14 years running KogsySugarCraft Exhibition which is the most longest running cake exhibition in Nigeria and Africa.
Mrs. Ikeolu Biobaku is the C.R.O of one of Nigeria's foremost modern bakeries @mixnbakeng.
A graduate of Economics from the prestigious University of Ibadan. An alumnus of Lagos Business School (Pan atlantic University) And Enterprise Development center. She has attended many leadership schools including -The Daystar Leadership Executive Academy.
A former Banker who resigned to pursue her passion in BAKING.
She has exhibited her works in several exhibitions all over the world and has attended some of the most prestigious institutions in the world to showcase and learn more about modern baking.
Some of the top bakers in the Nigerian baking industry have actually undergone some form of tutelage at her baking school @mixnbakeschool which is a global school in partnership with two international schools and organisations- The wilton International school of confectionery and sugarart in chicago USA and the PME school of cakedecorating and confectionery art Knightsbridge school in UK bringing their training to Nigeria where she trains and issues these international schools certificates to students who attend the trainings in Nigeria.
She won two awards consecutively in PME UK and she is on their wall of Honour and fame for awarding the highest number of students internationally the PME UK Certificates.
Naija Bakers is honoured to have a legend at it's exhibition for the SYMPOSIUM segment.
Mrs. Chioma Okeahialam is a top Nigerian Cake blogger @247naijacakeaffairs and also a talented baker @cakes_at_ontopclassics .
She helped gave the Nigerian baking industry a digital face when she started the 247Naijacakeaffairs blog on the digital space.
She single handedly paved the way for other cake bloggers "myself inclusive" and gave us the recognition the Nigerian baking industry deserves.
The convener of the mPowernaija initiative which aims at empowering young bakers by creating opportunities for them to learn free baking skills.
Miss. Bamidele Fagbohungbe is a graduate of physics from the University of Ilorin. She is the brain behind Nigeria's Cake blog @justallaboutcakes which she started due to her passion for baking, teaching and impacting.
She is the C.E.O of Adedex Events an events planning outfit based in Nigeria.
She also mentors entrepreneurs on the importance of branding after having undergone series of classes from reputable branding experts such as Chizor Malize and SWEC_NG to name a few.
Mrs Bidemi Anslem-Bidokwu is the brain behind @cakes_et_al serving in the capacities as the creative director and the C.E.O.
She is a member of the prestigious International Cake Exploration Societè having served in various capacities.
A proclaimed self taught SUGAR MOGUL who have undergone tutoring from renowned sugar artists the likes of Ildo Nicollelo, Dalila Cubatas to mention a few.
Her works are rated as one of the most detailed in the Nigerian Baking Industry.
She also impacts knowledge at her baking school and other exhibitions through grooming and teaching of sugar craft techniques.
