Today on NAIJA BAKERS "TOP BAKERS SERIES " is the ever bubbly C.E.O of Kemlah Cakes and Events @kemlahcakes .

She is celebrated today because of her dedication to the art of Cake making and also because it is her company's 5th year anniversary and what better way to celebrate all she has achieved in the edible baking industry than with an accolade.

My attention was first drawn permantly to her when I reposted her naked cakes and especially the one she carved with stairways for a depiction of a village setting, for a traditional wedding cake and I was impressed.

She carves with simplicity, nothing too flamboyant but at the same time outstanding. Her love for Buttercream is splashed all over her page and she does fondant cakes especially wedding cakes exquisitly beautiful.

She also offers baking classes where young bakers are taught and mentored.

I love trying new products especially made by trusted brands and I did try the Newly launched Devon Kings Margarine and it was all shades of amazing. The aroma, the texture, the colour, super easy to cream with sugar and very smooth and silky for buttercream. It is only 150 for a 250g sachet in the Nigerian market and I would love every baker to buy at least one and give it a try. When you use it, I will love a feedback.
